Once you and Dr. Rader-Wilson have agreed to work together, please go to https://theresa-rader-wilson.clientsecure.me to setup your client portal. You will need to an email address to do so.
Once Dr. Rader-Wilson receives notification that your portal has been set up, she will send you several forms (administrative as well as clinical/initial assessment forms) to complete. Providing this information prior to coming into my office (for your initial assessment or completing your first tele-behavioral appointment) will lead to more efficient use of time, assist with clarifying diagnosis & treatment planning, and help Dr. Rader-Wilson highest level of service to you.
In addition to maximizing the security and privacy of the information, setting up a client portal will allow you to securely message Dr. Rader, pay treatment fees via online credit processing, receive appointment reminders, request/cancel/reschedule appointments, as well as complete ongoing assessment measures prior to your appointments.
