Experience
Dr. Rader has over 25 years of experience providing mental health, addictions, and consultation services with medical professionals in central Indiana Her specialty areas include: mood disorders, Social Phobia, OCD, trauma/PTSD, bereavement, bariatric assessment and psychotherapy services, stress disorders, co-occurring medical disorders, plus relationship and interpersonal difficulties. She has extensive training and experience using cognitive-behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, Traumatic Incident Reduction, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused therapy, and other evidenced-based approaches. In addition to her Bloomington practice, Dr. Dr. Rader sees patients at Community Psychiatry Associates and Community South Bariatric Program on Southside of Indianapolis. She provides individual, family, couples, psychological assessment, and group therapy services and works with adults and adolescents.
